Businesses can receive this rebate for the first full year after the development, as long as all taxes are paid in full before applying.

Small Business Property Sub-Class Applications

If you own a small business in Athabasca County with fewer than 25 full-time employees, you may qualify for a property tax reduction through the Small Business Property Sub-Class. This initiative aims to help small businesses thrive.
